Shipping Policy

All artwork at amyalvarado.art is made to order, a slow, intentional process that allows each piece to be created with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and I do my best to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Orders are shipped from the United States, Canada, or Guatemala, depending on your location and product availability always with the intention of finding the most efficient and cost-effective route.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. While these fees are outside my control, I always strive to ship from the nearest fulfillment center to help minimize such costs.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece is made to order, created specifically for you. As such, all sales are final. That said, I stand by the quality of my work and approach every order with care and integrity.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and photos. I’ll carefully review the issue and ensure that a fair resolution is reached.

My goal is for every piece to arrive as intended, a reflection of craft, care and professionalism from start to finish.
